Fire Up DWNTWN is the summer event you don't dare miss! 🔥 This festival is presented by Muncie Downtown Development Partnership and Ivy Tech Community College and will be held in the streets of Downtown Muncie from 1-10p on Saturday, September 21st. Packed with engaging activities and attractions for the whole family, this all-day event will be fun and over-the-top-hot! A mixture of hot air balloons, spicy foods, smokin’ ribs, vendors, games, and live entertainment, this peak extravaganza offers something for everyone!

You’ll find the Muncie Makers Market at the corner of Adams & Walnut in Downtown Muncie for the monthly First Thursday Gallery Walk (5-8p) and at special events like ArtsWalk, Fire Up DWNTWN, Light Up DWNTWN, and more throughout our community all year!

#YART is a Yard Sale for Art held during ArtsWalk on the First Thursday of every June and October at Canan Commons in Downtown Muncie! All Art priced under $40! The Fall 2024 Muncie YART will be from 5-8p on Thursday, October 3rd during ArtsWalk! 

YART Artist Sign Up is on September 1st on the Muncie YART Facebook page - it's FREE to all Artists! Signing up means you are IN!

We are on the First Floor, directly inside the entrance of the Mitchell Building, just South of the intersection of Walnut and Adams, very easy to find, with lots of free parking all around! 🎁 There will be fun events throughout Downtown Muncie which are sponsored by the Muncie Downtown Development Partnership, many shops and restaurants will be open late with activities and sales, and everyone is excited to be at the heart of it all! Every December’s First Thursday is branded as Light Up DWNTWN and we will show up BRIGHT and MERRY!
