Rally for Gun Sense Legislation
On Saturday, August 17, 2019, volunteers with Muncie’s chapter of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America and Students Demand Action at Ball State University, will gather at BSU Quad in Indiana in response to mass shootings in Dayton, Ohio and El Paso, Texas, as well as to honor the 100 Americans are shot and killed every day and hundreds more who are wounded. This is more than mass shootings; in recent weeks, gun violence has devastated Baltimore, Gilroy, Canoga Park, Newport News, Brooklyn and Chicago.
