At the Delaware County Courthouse in Downtown Muncie members of Muncie's communities will gather to discuss and pay our respects to victims of violence and injustice.
It is paramount that we explore our means of preventing such disasters locally.
If you would like to speak at the event, please contact Kentory Akai or you will have a couple minutes after the moment of silence to share your thoughts (soapbox).
